Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I am often asked if I will put curse words on mugs. I do not enjoy this, and will decline such orders. Words are powerful, and I want my work to incorporate the very best ones. Also, I will, under no circumstance, create a mug that is derogatory, hateful or unkind toward another person. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Please note that custom/personalized mugs are non-returnable.
Reshipping Mugs Returned for Wrong Address
I am happy to reship a mug that is returned to me, but you will need to pay the cost to reship, which is typically in the neighborhood of $9 -$10. Please check the address carefully before you check out so that it doesn't get sent to a previous address or an address that is one number off.
Care instructions
All mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are not oven-safe, however.
Wholesale availability
I offer wholesale pricing for orders of 36 or more of the same design. I will also give a discount for orders of 12 or more mugs of the same design that do not require individual packaging.
Refunds
I do not give refunds for items that are delayed due to USPS delays. Please note that present conditions at USPS are creating unprecedented delays, and that you may have to wait a significantly longer time for your package than what is typical. If, after a 30 day period, your package has still not been marked as delivered, I will consider this nondelivered and either reship your order or issue a refund.
